In the Trézel housing estate in Saint-François, on Grande-Terre, Guadeloupe. Raisins Clairs beach is 1.3 km away, the marina and island boat dock about 5 minutes, and the golf course under 3 km; a supermarket and a petrol station are within 500 m and Pointe-à-Pitre airport is 35 km away.

This official classification, from 1 to 5 stars, assesses the comfort, equipment and services of the property. The villa is also registered with the Saint-François town hall under registration no. 97125 002121 VX.
Yes: you rent the whole villa, a single-storey house with a private 8 × 4 m saltwater pool, private garden and parking. The pool is protected by an immersion-detection alarm certified to NF P90-307-1, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Raisins Clairs beach is 1.3 km away. Anse à la Gourde, Anse Tarare and Grande Anse des Salines are 9 to 11 km away, and the Sainte-Anne beaches about 15 minutes (see our guide to the beaches of Saint-François).
Sainte-Anne, the neighbouring town with its large family beaches, is about fifteen minutes away by car. From the Saint-François marina, about 5 minutes from the villa, boats leave for La Désirade, Marie-Galante, Petite-Terre and Les Saintes. The villa is a good base for discovering Grande-Terre (see our guide to Saint-François).

Rates are provided on request, in euros (€), all taxes included. The Saint-François tourist tax is payable by guests and charged in addition, in accordance with current regulations.
A booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit has been paid and the rental terms accepted. A security deposit may be requested on arrival and returned after the check-out inspection. Cancellation terms are specified at the time of booking.
Maximum capacity: 6 guests. Non-smoking property.
No right of withdrawal: under article L.221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or for a specific period. Only the cancellation terms set out in the rental agreement apply.
Pool: in accordance with article L.134-10 of the French Construction and Housing Code, the pool is fitted with a Maytronics Precisio immersion-detection alarm compliant with standard NF P90-307-1. Guests must keep it switched on; guests use the pool at their own responsibility; children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Liability: guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay and are advised to hold holiday-rental liability insurance.
